Receive important Track Wise event alerts directly on your mobile phone.
A computer is required
Events cannot be created or configured using the mobile app or a mobile browser. Before purchasing an SMS package, use a desktop or laptop computer to configure and test your event by email.
Before purchasing
On a desktop or laptop computer:
- Open Track Wise Live and log in.
- Create the event you want to monitor.
- Enable email notifications for the event.
- Trigger the event and confirm the email arrives.
Only purchase an SMS package after the email alert has worked successfully.
After completing your Direct Debit
Return to your tested event using a desktop or laptop computer:
- Open the event’s notification settings.
- Enable SMS notifications.
- Enter your registered UK mobile number.
- Save the event and test it again.
Your SMS will display Track Wise and show the event name, tracker name, messages used, messages remaining and package renewal date.
Choose your SMS package
Enter the UK mobile number on which you want to receive your SMS alerts.
Important information
- Each SMS alert uses one message from your monthly allowance.
- Unused messages expire on the monthly renewal date and do not roll over.
- Email notifications can continue alongside SMS alerts.
