Which Plan Should I Choose?
Most customers choose our Monthly Subscription because it offers complete flexibility and can be cancelled whenever you no longer require tracking.
If you already know you’ll be using Track Wise long term, our upfront plans provide lower equivalent monthly pricing.
Why Are Longer Plans Cheaper?
We purchase mobile network data in advance, allowing us to secure lower wholesale prices from our providers.
We pass these savings directly on to customers through reduced subscription pricing. The longer the subscription, the lower the equivalent monthly cost.
Monthly Subscription
The Monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. It is the best option if you want maximum flexibility or are unsure how long you will need tracking.
Upfront Subscription Plans
6, 12 and 24 month subscriptions are paid in full when activated. These plans are non-refundable once activated, as SIM data and network services are purchased in advance for your device.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Lifetime Device Warranty
As long as you maintain an active Track Wise subscription, we’ll replace your tracker free of charge if it develops a manufacturing fault during normal use.
Lifetime Device Warranty applies while maintaining an active subscription and covers manufacturing defects during normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, theft, loss or incorrect installation.
